Happy December! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday break but I seriously can’t believe it’s December! Where did the year go?! With Fall slowly coming to an end, I wanted to do a post incorporating some of my favorite Fall colors. For today’s post I’m wearing a silver studded grey skirt and mustard silk top from All Saints (one of my favorite brands!), a suede olive green coat from Missguided, and open toe Givenchy booties.
I had originally bought the top and skirt to wear with a leather jacket, then I recently ordered this coat and when I received it, I knew it would match perfectly with this look! The contrast between the colors and textures work really well together. I’m always a fan of mixing textures – this outfit really incorporates all that with the silk top, suede coat, and the embellished skirt. I paired the look with silver accessories and my YSL side bag – I really love how the embellishments on the skirt bring out the silver hardware on my bag and jewelry. I think it’s always nice to make your metals stand out, they add that extra punch to your look!
